After a number of years working for some of the leading outsource HR and Employment Law providers in the country, Jason made the decision to set up NORI Consultancy in order to offer a more personalised service to micro businesses and SME’s.
As well as a vast knowledge of Employment Law, Jason has run tribunals and also has a number of years experience in an operational role and therefore understands some of the hurdles that businesses face when employee engagement becomes an issue.
Whilst cutting her teeth in the heady world of civil, commercial and corporate law, Amrita found herself drawn to the employment law side of the system. After joining a leading HR and Employment Law provider and also working in a medium sized consultancy a decision was made to join NORI Consultancy and service, on a more personal level, their clients.
As well as being a non-practicing solicitor, Amrita has a vast knowledge of employment law and can apply and guide businesses though the policy and procedure quagmire that HR can sometimes be. Amrita believes in a partnership approach to working with clients and instead of taking responsibility for their employee issues, she will work directly with the business to find a commercial and legal way forward.
